My love for cruising began in 2023 after studying Travel and Tourism, Tourism Development and Event Management. I have travelled all over the Caribbean, Mexico and Alaska on 32 cruises and plan to cruise to Hawaii, Australia and Panama in the near future. My goal is to try all the cruise-lines so that I can share my expertise with you. So far, I have sailed with Carnival, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Cruises, Princess and Jimmy Buffet Lines. I have been working in the Insurance Industry for over 20 years and my passion is to travel. I love Caribbean and Mexico All Inclusives and am looking forward to my first family cruise in 2024. I am excited to bring my experience together with my passion and am so happy to be part of this team.
I have worked in customer service roles for over 15 years and in administration for 7 years. I have always loved traveling, especially to places with rich history. I am excited to join the team and learn more about the world of cruising.
My journey into the world of travel began at the age of 21 when I started working for a commercial airline out of Toronto. Following that, I worked for several years onboard private jets out of Europe and the Middle East. I was lucky enough to travel most of the world, visiting and exploring incredible exotic destinations. I took a few years away from the airlines and worked onboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in the gift shops which allowed me to spend lots of time in port in many beautiful Caribbean islands as well as Bermuda. My love for cruising has stuck ever since! Since then, I have taken on a new career path working as an administrative assistant, which is amazing as it allows me to work remotely from beautiful, sunny Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I look forward to cruising again, next time as a guest!
Growing up in a year-round tourist region sparked my personal and professional interest in the tourism and travel industry. Despite my involvement with cruises prior to joining Vacations for Canadians being limited; I have ample trade and administrative experience. After taking a short hiatus from work to start and spend time with my family, I am extremely excited to be re-entering the world of travel as a member of the Vacations for Canadians team and ready to assist our Travel Advisors with providing all of your cruising wants and needs!
